The founder of Pad an African Girl Foundation, Jeffery Lawrence Osayinde has once again appeared in the spotlight. In an interview with the 50 years old entrepreneur and entertainment mogul earlier this week, he revealed scant details of his latest business move. “We have began negotiations with major telecommunication companies in Nigeria to bring affordable and reliable service to all Nigerians” he said. Although details of this deal with Glo is not yet clear, sources say that if it goes through, it will mark yet another major milestone in the business enterprise of Mr Osayinde.
It has been a few years now since his Pad an African Girl foundation was launched which has gained global recognition from politicians and philanthropists alike. “It is a great honour to have investors now interested in doing business in Nigeria” Mr Osayinde said. “I believe technology is crucial to the development of Nigeria” he added.
It will be interesting to see the final details of this partnership deal once it becomes available.
